Yes! Well, unless you tell us to change it. We are going to send you the same 30 personalized vitamin packs every month so that you have a supply to take the supplements you need on a daily basis. But we also realize people’s needs change; feel free to change up your custom vitamin plan at any time for no charge.
Well you could… but that might not be the most effective way to go about getting your supplements. For starters, our prices are set to beat what it would cost you to buy these supplements in retail bottles. Also, think realistically about how you act (and be honest). We think you are much more likely to remember your daily vitamin pack than to dig through your medicine cabinet and pull out the right supplements every day. Lastly, we send it right to your front door every month!

We think you will absolutely love your VitaRx vitamin box of goodies. However, if you are unhappy with a product or ingredient for any reason, please contact us at hello@vitarx.co within fourteen (14) days of the date your order was received. We will either send you a replacement of the product at our expense or provide you a full or partial credit or refund depending on the circumstances. See our full refund and return policy here.
Due to the varying nature of the natural ingredients in our supplements, suppliers change if we find a better product for our customers. Our ingredients are made of the highest quality raw materials used in manufacturing the vitamins. Materials are inspected from initially being received at the warehouse and unloaded off the truck. Testing is done via black light for any irregularities. Raw material is then sent to quality assurance where samples are tested to confirm quality.
Manufacturing takes place in the United States to standards that meet and exceed the Natural Product Association Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). Manufacturing is in full compliance with the Food and Drug Administration more recent Current Good Manufacturing Practices or cGMP.
Our questionnaire is designed to provide recommendations of what we feel could help you. However, you should always consult your physician or health provider before taking any supplements. No information you receive from our site constitutes a doctor-patient relationship.
With each shipment, you will get an amazing box of goodness inside of it (your personalized vitamin packs). Along with that will be a small booklet that has a picture of each supplement and all of the nutritional information about that supplement.
We offer a number of vegan and vegetarian supplements. If a supplement is vegan or vegetarian it will be identified as such on its product page. This means that the supplement does not contain any ingredients that would not typically be considered vegan or vegetarian; however, they are manufactured and packaged in a facility that also manufactures and packages non-vegan or vegetarian supplements.
We highly encourage you to review the supplement label of every product you consume. This will be available on our website and also in each booklet that is mailed to you with your monthly kit.

For orders over $20 shipping is free! Otherwise you will see the shipping cost in your order; we have negotiated very discounted rates with USPS for those who do not qualify for free shipping.

Yes! After your purchase we will send you an email with a link that allows you to track the delivery. We will also send you a email each month after your subscription is mailed so you can track those packages as well
If your order is showing delivered but you did not receive it, there may be an issue with the shipping carrier. Please allow 2-3 days for the box to show up. If it still does not appear, please reach out to us either through the chat in the lower right hand corner of our website or at hello@vitarx.co.
If you want to skip this month’s delivery: 1. Log into your account (upper right hand profile logo of on our website) 2. Click Subscription in the bar on the left 3. Click skip and this month’s order will be skipped. We will resume sending your subscription the following month. If you want to cancel your subscription: 1. Yes! After you take the Assessment, hit the continue button at the bottom of the screen. Then you will be taken to your cart which will have all the vitamins that were recommended in there. You can adjust here as you like; however, if you want to add additional vitamins, click the link that says “Explore other vitamins & supplements to add to your Kit”

Here you can add any new product you want, remove any product or swap any product you want from your vitamin pack. You can also change the quantity of how many of each product we send you.

You should see all your active product subscriptions listed here. If you click the “Removed” tab it will show any products you have canceled in the past. 4. Simply click “Reactivate” to add that product back to your subscription.
We love your eagerness! The soonest we can change our ship date to is 3 days from today.
Every 4 weeks we will mail you a new box that contains 30 personalized vitamin packs. You will also be automatically billed every 4 weeks as boxes are shipped out.
Your subscription starts whenever in the month you choose. We will then ship every 4 weeks from that date.

You should see a word that says “skip” and one that says “change If you select “Skip”, this months box will not come and we will resume shipping the next month If you choose “Change” you can change the next ship date to a day in the future as long as it is more than 3 days from today. Your shipping schedule will however still ship from the original ship date for future packages.
Because we want to give you a hassle-free and consistent vitamin routine, we do not offer single orders at this time. However, you are able to purchase a subscription and then cancel before the next shipment is placed if you don't want next month's order.

The name printed would be the name associated with your account, so you can change your first name to your nickname to do so.

You will be billed when you complete your first order and them every 4 weeks after that.

Of course. At any time during the quiz, you can go back by hitting the “back” button on the right hand side. Any answers you chose will update in the system.
Yes, if you have not finished the vitamin quiz, you can keep hitting back until you get to the beginning. Or, you can finish the quiz and once your recommendations have been shown you can simply retake the Assessment again by clicking the “Take the assessment” button at the top right hand corner of the page.
In most scenarios the assessment will resume from where it left off. However, depending on your browser settings you may have to start the assessment again. But we promise it won’t take and I'm sure you'll be happy you did.
We do our best to ask all the right questions and not recommend any supplements or vitamins that you would be allergic to. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing the supplement labels of each product to ensure that there is no allergens in your supplements or vitamins.
